I suppose it depends on your definition of sexy and what comprises sexy. For me intelligence, a sense of humour and (and this is a REALLY personal thing) women who are well spoken all contribute to how attracted I am to them, or how attractive they are to me. Of course looks come into it somewhere as there has to be some kind of attraction - and if Angelina Jolie ever gets tired of the ugly bloke she's dating, I'm sure I could learn to cope with her looks :0)
