ON reading recent blogs I wanted to express gratitude to men in general...God knows I love the differences although I sometimes wonder if It would have been easier if I had been attracted to women physically....LOL....So here goes some of the things I love about men...I may not need help with reaching the top shelf but man do I appreciate the guy that can get that jar lid off. When my car is making a funny noise...although I have a little savvy...It's lovely to have you say I think its the fan belt...When conversing looking at you & thinking "can I please get in your head for 5 minutes" I'm sure you too have had this thought...When held by you, The world would be coming to an end & everything is still OK.....The ability to give a foot rub (great strong hands) even if you don't really want to. Being able to play devils advocate even if we don't always appreciate it....So what do you appreciate about those women or men...?Its the season of giving soooo give it up. It may make you smile as much as this is doing it for me.....

as the holidays are put away at least Thur Valentines...Hopefully you found someone to share the holidays with. If it's wasn't the partner you were looking for that's OK time is relative..... I enjoy the me time...would be lying to say it wouldn't be fab to find him...That guy that makes me smile just thinking about him...We all love funny but a brain teaser is an added bonus....The what if possibility that we are all capable of with the right fit... Life is full of wonderful surprises...Be positive, Enjoy it. I am amazed & intrigued by the differences we have. I love my son...He is a gift that will always keep on giving am considering setting up a rent a Dad site...( would anyone be interested), Even if they whoever they are aren't the one, enjoy them for who they are & how they make you feel when your around them... Realize the possibility. I love men's ability to take action & get things done. Not that women can't & don't do it everyday but its nice to be renaissance every once in a while.

Hi TallFriends readers, ok what do I love about men? I love to sit in a man's arms, put my head on his chest, and listen to his heart beat. May sound corny but I really like it. I love after we've said our good-byes for the evening and I can still smell his scent drifting in the air. I love gazing into a man's eyes and seeing a big smile spread across his face. I love the feeling of a man's arms around me in a bear hug. I love just knowing I could count on him IF I needed anything. Man, I gotta stop now...more later.

Char! you are so right! Men! The way they can play! Lightening up even the most frustrating of moods. The way they can drop you like a rock with the right word when you least expect it. This fall I was in a big public rose garden and tucked into a corner was a picnic, a beautifully set up picnic, with a blanket lined in long stem red roses. The first thing I imagined was the man who set up the picnic. I so wanted to stay and see but knew that I also wanted their special moment to be just that. The little things.....laughing, joking, just enjoying the trials of getting through life with the occasional shoulder offered for support and when necessary crying. When a man gives you that look and oh my you know your in for it now!!!!! LOL or when I get home from a particular great day and they listen to every word just cuz they know I am happy and want to tell them. The guys that can actually enjoy it when you are acting silly or can be silly with you. The guy who will shake his head and lets you do it even though if he was not teaching you it would have taken 10 minutes. I have been lucky to have some great male friends over the years and some very special guys in my life. A good friend who has known me since I was 15 and called me every day for three months after my mom died just to make sure I was doing ok. One of my closest friends who hangs out with me or touches base every day. I do not pretend to understand and sometimes I wonder but I also always marvel at those wonderful MEN!
