I used to be a member on this web site and everyone that was in my area "last logged in 2 months ago". I received a wink on Feb 13th. from a hottie so of course I winked back and have not heard a word from him since. I am curious as to whether this web site is real? I am reading the blogs and it appears that it's still not as active as some of the other web sites. Is it that difficult to find a tall, funny, honest man in Southern California?

I got sick of wading Thur profiles in the hope that a Guy would jump off the page & into my life. So I put an add in Craigslist about two months ago. I am In OC & not the bar scene kind of girl, Although this was aggressive. I figured what the heck. I'm 5'11 love to wear 3-4" heels & wanted to feel feminine, Apart from the height I'm a plus size...All this was stated & the fact I didn't want Drama. within Three days of posting I received well over 400 replies, all the men over 6'2". Which is mad if you think about it. Since then I have averaged three dates a week & although meeting some lovely men haven't found a playmate yet. However I am suddenly out there again, After five years of self imposed isolation its a wonderful thing...So figure out what you are up for & go for it...

Thank you for your response, I thought maybe it was just me. I had high hopes for this web site being called "Tall Friends". 1/2 of the men I see on here are 5'9" or shorter...HELLO! I know we should not base our attraction on height, however, the thought of looking down to a man seems senseless to me. LOL- What other web sites are you refering to? I'd really like to get back out there again and this seems to be the way to do it these days.

I agree Redhead, that this site, needs to advertise more, as I have been on a few years, and, in my state, have seen no new ladies . It is discouraging, for us tall men, when, there is not even much hope, on a tall site, to find a tall woman, to meet, in my region. I guess you gals, have the problem, also. I hope the owners of this site, read these blogs, and I hope they see there is a big problem, and something needs to change. Maybe advertising. Gary
