I don't think it has anything to do with being dominated. Growing up short, the tall girls were always "off limits" so in my case, it has more to do with having something you always felt was unattainable. My ex was an inch taller than me, and I insisted on her wearing heels when we went out, as well; made her legs look longer and I couldn't wait to get her home. She enjoyed it too. :)
I don't think it has anything to do with being dominated. Growing up short, the tall girls were always "off limits" so in my case, it has more to do with having something you always felt was unattainable. Well, I do like women with a dominating personality but it does not have anything to do with whether she is tall or not! I would be happy with any combination of tall or dominant. My ex-wife was taller than me and she was dominant, so life was bliss during our relationship.
I like women who are taller than me because I LIKE the way they look; I LIKE looking up to them, and often they just have better physical features. It gives me a lot of comfort being with a taller lady. It is a shame though that most women have this rule that they can ONLY go with taller men. There are exceptions of course (like my wife and many girlfriends) so I hope I can find someone who is willing to be with me, a 5'8" guy.

I'm kinda tall, and I always grow aggravated when people ask me 'you like the short ones don't ya?' or the ones who know I have a girlfriend ask, 'how's your girl doing?' I don't call her 'my girl,' I call her by her name because I treat her as an equal. I wish she were my height exactly, but she just happens to be shorter. There's no domineering factor about it.
I just want friends around my height because I'm tired of looking down at people. XD

true word,but i would not say dominating, i prefer the word preference . for me, its a preference,although there are sexual advantages of dating taller women,(randy feelings) especially those that wear heels, men who love taller women are no different from ladies who love taller guys.
